DEPOSITS POLICY:
Bookings in off peak periods (any period not mentioned below) are subject to the first night's stay payable as deposit upon booking, balance due on arrival.
Bookings in shoulder periods (Music Festivals, VIC/NSW long weekends, school holidays, district events etc) is first night's stay is due upon booking, with 50% of the balance due 7 days before arrival, balance due on arrival.
Bookings in Peak periods (Easter, Christmas, January) require first night's stay within 30days of booking if greater than 60 days, and 100% paid 30 days before arrival.val.
REFUNDS POLICY:
Bookings in off peak (all other periods not noted below) are refundable up to 7 days before arrival. Less than 7 days' notice: first night's stay.
Bookings in shoulder periods (Music Festivals, VIC/NSW long weekends, school holidays etc) cancelled with greater than 30 days notice are fully refunded or credited to your account, bookings 7-30 days are charged first nights stay, bookings less than 7 days notice are charged 50%. of the booking total.
Bookings in Peak periods (Easter, Christmas, January) cancelled greater than 60 days are refundable, 30-60 days are charged first nights stay. 10-30 days 50% of the booking. 9 Days or less 100% of the booking is charged as a cancelation fee.
No refunds applicable if you have arrived and choose to end your stay early.
If a refund is applicable it will be processed within the next 2 business days after cancellation.
